Ehab Mhaidat
Ehab Mhaidat is the Founder and Managing Director of Upline One. He holds a U.S.-evaluated bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting and extensive academic coursework in Business. His background includes business ownership and retail operations in Jordan, managing bookkeeping and financial records for a California-based ATM services company, and hands-on experience in financial technology and ATM field operations across the United States. He has also supported a U.S. medical aesthetics business through operational improvement, digital systems, marketing initiatives, and customer-experience development. This multidisciplinary experience enables him to understand businesses from the inside, identify operational friction and growth opportunities, and coordinate the right specialists to deliver practical software, marketing, and business solutions.
Ahmad Muhaidat
Ahmad Muhaidat is a Quality Assurance and Automation Engineer with extensive experience testing digital platforms, mobile applications, APIs, payment systems, and enterprise software. He has led quality assurance teams and delivered testing and automation solutions for projects serving organizations including STC, ARAMCO, STC Bank, DailyPay, and Coterie Insurance.
His expertise includes functional, regression, performance, API, and mobile testing, as well as building automated testing frameworks and integrating quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines. At Upline One, Ahmad supports the delivery of reliable, scalable, and thoroughly tested solutions by identifying risks early, strengthening testing processes, and maintaining quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Projects are supported by professionals across software architecture, frontend and backend development, integrations, quality assurance, cybersecurity, design, project management, and technical support — assigned according to the needs of each engagement.
Members of our development team bring experience from projects involving organizations such as STC, Aramco, Al Rajhi Capital, and U.S. fintech platforms — including high-traffic applications, large-scale backend systems, and products serving large user bases.
